Bolton offers a no-hassle remake policy for all cases. However, remakes will be charged if any of the following are met:
- Case was reprepped.
- Shade was changed.
- We questioned the case and were told to proceed with it.
- New bite sent and different than the first bite.
- Crown doesn’t come back with the case.
- If the material was changed.
- We ask for a try-in and were told to proceed without a try-in.
- Net 30 days, a 1.5% interest will be added to the balance.
- Credit page on file.
- We accept check, credit card, and debit card.
